The Instructional Materials Laboratory needs to process your June 2008 orders prior to our Inventory Dates: June 26 - 30, 2008.
All orders must be received in our office on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, by 1:00 PM, Central Standard Time, if you would like your order to be invoiced and shipped prior to the IML inventory dates.
Customer orders will not be processed on these 3 days: Thursday, June 26, Friday, June 27, and Monday, June 30. We have shortened the total time frame for our inventory period to better respond to your needs. Your business is very important to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience these annual maintenance activities may cause for you.
You may still place orders during the inventory period, and the items will be shipped on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, when normal daily operations resume. Sales Staff will periodically check for voice messages, fax transmissions, and online orders during the inventory period, although our responses will be very limited.
Please note that the Instructional Materials Laboratory, the University of Missouri system, and UPS delivery service will all be closed on Friday, July 4, 2008 for the holiday.

About IML
The Instructional Materials Laboratory (IML) within the College of Education at the University of Missouri-Columbia
has a history of serving educators for over 35 years. IML continues to support educators with quality instructional
materials and services and instructional management systems.
IML draws on the experience and expertise of our staff and esteemed professionals from the university and around
the country to design and develop effective materials and services that can be used in multiple educational
environments. Our development staff can customize many materials and services to meet specific instructional needs.
As a national leader in instructional materials development and publication, IML serves secondary and post secondary
educational institutions, continuing education programs, state departments of education and other government agencies,
private industry, health care facilities, and correctional institutions. Our materials and services are used in
all 50 states and several other countries.
IML offers a wide variety of innovative classroom-ready instructional materials, including instructor guides, student
workbooks, reference materials, CD-ROMs, videos, and other teaching aids.
The instructional management systems that IML develops, such as EATOnline and Instructional Systems Manager, are
technological tools that allow educators to plan and evaluate instruction with greater efficiency.
An increasing number of our materials are available online to meet the needs of the ever-changing educational environment.
