Missouri’s High School Record Book will soon be available on CD-ROM. The forms are designed as templates for Microsoft Excel version 5 or higher. IML provides limited support on templates only, (not the commercial program). CD-ROM is not re-writeable, but can be downloaded to individual units. CALL FOR ITEM AVAILABILITY DATE. (IML 1998)

The High School Record Book is an information management system for agriculture that combines placement, production, and directed experience SAE programs in a paper format. It contains sheets for recording receipts, expenditures, summary forms (which includes cash flow, depreciation, inventory, balance, profit/loss statements,) supplemental (which includes ownership, placement, competencies, budget, enterprise analysis, loan/interest record, and breeding /performance records,) and FFA forms (that includes tracking FFA participation and leadership activities as well as records for non-FFA.) Matching color coordinated tabs are included with the content forms with recording directions for each section listed. The Summary section is updated to align with recommendations from the Farm Financial Standards Council’s Financial Guidelines for Agricultural Producers.
