Student Projects Teach System Operation and More
As part of their work for John Green’s Automotive Technology class, students learn about major components and systems operation by building a cutaway presentation and describing it in a report. The project requires students to use shop skills, writing and presentation skills, and imagination.
Green is an Automotive Instructor at Columbia Area Career Center in Columbia, MO. For the past 11 years, he has had his Automotive Technology students complete the cutaway system presentation and report. Automotive Technology is a two-year course at the Center.
